    • When will my order be delivered and can I track my order ?

    Delivery times will depend on the options you select at checkout; see our Dispatch and Delivery page for more information. You will be able to track your orders via DHL website.
    • How long does it take to get a refund ?
    Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method (with a few exceptions, please see below). If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within 20 days, depending on your card issuer.

    • How do I return or exchange items ?
    Returning or exchange a order is easy. Just fill in your returns form “HERE” and please follow the shipping instruction below to return your package.
    Kindly make sure all item/s are unused as our staff will carefully review all item/s before exchange or refund, in case item/s are used the refund request will be automatically be discarded without further notice.
    Ship the item/s to the address below if your place of resident is outside the borders of Riyadh with IBAN card details via Email: with Order Number (#****) and we will process a bank transfer refund of total amount.

    3.If your within the City of Riyadh we will send your shipment details to our local courier to pick the item and refund the amount but please note the courier will deduct 30 SAR for each delivery.
    Refund procedures will begin once items are on our possession and carefully reviewed.
