Ordering

How can I make sure that the order has been completed ?

You will receive a text message or email confirming the order including the order number

What are the available payment methods ?

You can complete the payment process by using (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Apple Pay) cards.

Why didn’t I receive my order yet ?

 If the payment is completed and the order is confirmed at 1886, the order will be delivered to the shipping company, in the event of a delay in the arrival of the shipment, follow up with the shipping company in charge of delivering the shipment.

How can I track my order ?

- The tracking number of the shipment is sent immediately after it is delivered to the shipping company, you can track your order through TRACK ORDER.

I placed an order, and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive confirmation on the order? 

Please allow 10 minutes as this may be due to a delay in the site system. If you do not receive your order confirmation with the invoice, please contact us at Info@1886fashion.com or via Instagram DM.

I want to make sure that the order does not include an invoice inside the shipment or price badges? 

Please be aware, dear customer, that all shipments do not include a paper invoice or even price badges on the items. 

There is a product I want but it is not available, when will it become available? 

We apologize, please note that our products are available in limited quantities, once they run out of the site or our branches cannot be available again. If any sold items are re-made it will be announced on our Social accounts before launching.

How can I see sizing information for my country?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do the products come in a packing wrap?

The order will be delivered in a packing wrap in the shipping box of 1886.

Is it possible to request gift packaging? 

We apologize in the meantime, we don’t offer the gift-wrapping service at 1886. Once this service is available it will be added in the checkout options. 

When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?

Delivery times will depend on the options you select at checkout; see our Dispatch and Delivery page for more information. You will be able to track your orders via the TRACK ORDER .

Delivery time ?

Delivery time depends on your location:

If you are located within the city of Riyadh, delivery takes 48 hours on working days.

Delivery within the Kingdom takes a maximum of 1- 6 working days. 

Delivery outside the Kingdom takes 5-10 working days. 

Exchange & Return

How can I return one or all the items in the order and get my money back? 

That can be done through the (ONLINE RETURN) box at the bottom of the main page. 

After entering and registering the order number and email, you can request a return or exchange for all or one of the items of your order.

How long is it for the exchange or return of products? 

Within 10 days starting from the date you receive the order.

Can I exchange or return an order purchased through the site in one of the branches?

Yes, you can. During the period specified for exchange or return.

NOTE: Exchanging service is not provided for international orders, only returning service is applicable.

An exchange or return request has been sent. How long will the process take? 

The duration of the exchange or return depends on your location. 

If you are in Riyadh, it takes 48 hours on working days.

If you are in other cities inside or outside the Kingdom, you will be contacted by our team to send a bill of lading to re-order, after receiving the order, the exchange/return process will begin.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method (with a few exceptions, please see below). If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within 20 days, depending on your card issuer.

How do I return or exchange items?

Returning or exchanging a 1886fashion.com order is easy. Just fill in your returns form “HERE” and please follow the shipping instructions to return your package.
