Returns & Exchanges Policy
You are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days:

In-store purchases: from the date of purchase

Online orders: from the date of order delivery
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Important Note:Returns do not apply to Archive Collection items or any discounted/sale items.
How to Request a Return
Online Purchases

within 7 days from the delivery date. -
A pickup will be arranged with an additional shipping fee depending on your location.
Please note: it may take up to 15 business days for your return to reach us. -
Once your return is received and approved by our quality department, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase (excluding shipping fees).
Refunds can take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
In-Store Purchases

Visit your nearest 1886 store branch within 7 days from the purchase date.

Once the returned item passes our quality check (unused and unworn), you will be refunded via the same payment method used for your purchase.
Note: Shipping fees for online orders are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order, you may do so online or in-store.
Online Exchange

Please note: it may take up to 15 business days for your return to reach us. -
Once your return is received and approved by our quality department, your replacement order will be shipped in a new order.
In-Store Exchange

Visit your nearest 1886 store branch within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and quality inspection.

You will either:

Pay the price difference, or

Receive a partial refund
based on the value of the exchanged item, using the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery on care@1886fashion.

All items must be returned with the original packaging protected by an outer layer.

Refused deliveries will be sent back to sender and shipping costs will apply.
